Terms and Conditions
Terms of payment: A minimum 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, and the outstanding balance of the account is payable 60 days prior to the event start date (this is subject to a bespoke payment plan, if the event total is below £1,000 or exceeds £4,000).
Force Majeure and postponements: In the unfortunate circumstance that you (the Client) have to postpone your confirmed booking, at any time prior to the event, Hunger Limited will make every effort to work closely with you in order to reschedule a date in our diary, at no extra cost, as long as it is within 12 months of the original booking and the client has made all necessary payments to date. If all payments have not been made, the postponement will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation: In the event that you make a cancellation, or we are not able to agree on rescheduling the date for a time within the next 12 months, the below will apply:
12 months or longer = 90% refund of rates quoted
6-12months = 75% refund of rates quoted
2-6 months = 50% refund of rates quoted
8 days–2 months = 25% refund of rates quoted
1 day–7 days = 0% refund of rates quoted
If monies are still outstanding, at the point of cancellation, we trust that you will honour the original agreement and make the necessary payment, as per the quoted rates above.
In the event that we cancel the event, you will be entitled to a 100% refund.
